the Brasilian Pantanal, located in the state of Mato Grosso (forest thick) do Sul, technically wetlands, not much of proper jungle, but as remote and wild, is habitat of many of these and more unusual animals.
the Brasilian Pantanal, that now that is rainy season was pretty but pretty dry, where you can naturally and partly ecologically experience a close contact with hundreads of caymans that you can personally feed and touch, where you can go fishing for piranhas and then have them as dinner, it's where you wouldn't need an alarm cause thousand of birds will wake you up anyway with very atypical sounds (look for Caracara), but you defenetely need something against mosquitoes, where funnily above your head toucans and monkeys fly and jump away threatened by your presence, is where you can stay 20 minutes to spot an iguana hiding immobile amongst leaves in the tree, where you can meet jaguar's, puma's or tapir's footprints (at least guides say so!), is where you can see Capybara and Jabiru (the Pantanal typical bird) swimming together, is where also you can start to appreciate how to sleep on a hammock, that seems to be a very popular thing in Brasil!
even if mosquitoes don't try to make your experience positive, the Brasilians really do and after a safari and a boat trip in the river and two nights in the camping, it's time to get back on track...Bonito is next..
a scuola molto generalmente mi fu spiegato circa alcuni animali della giungla: il pericolo di piranhas e caimani, la bellezza di alcuni uccelli come il tucano e il martin pescatore, la vita in naturalezza di giaguari, tapiri e anche scimmie.
il Pantanal Brasiliano, nello stato del Mato Grosso (foresta fitta) do Sul, tecnicamente palude, non molto di giungla vera e propria, ma comunque remota e selvaggia è habitat di molti di questi e altri animali.
il Pantanal Brasiliano, che ora in stagione di pioggia, è estremamente secco, è dove puoi naturalmente e in parte ecologicamente provare un contatto diretto con centinaia di caimani che puoi toccare e ai quali personalmente puoi dare a mangiare, dove puoi andare a pescare piranhas e cucinarteli per cena, è dove non hai bisogno di sveglia perchè migliaia di uccelli ti sveglieranno comunque con suoni davvero atipici (cerca Caracara) ma sicuramente hai bisogno di qualcosa per le zanzare, dove molto curiosamente sopra la tua testa tucani e scimmie volano e saltano spaventati dalla tua presenza, è dove puoi spendere 20 minuti per individuare un'iguana che si nasconde immobile tra le foglie di un albero, dove puoi incontrare orme di giaguari, puma e tapiri (almeno così ti dicono le guide), è dove puoi vedere capybara e jabiru nuotando insieme, dove cominci ad abituarti a dormire in amaca, che in Brasile sembra molto popolare.
se le zanzare non aiutano a renderti l'esperienza positiva, i brasiliani di sicuro sì e dopo un safari e un giro in barca nel fiume e due notti nel campeggio, è ora di proseguire...Bonito segue..
