sometimes while traveling as well as while simply living you need some break to think, to relax, to organise and then to restart.
the idea is to restart getting a nice job and settle a bit for a while, after (more or less) 50-60 different hostel beds in the last seven months, some (just) new places visited, cultures lived and unforgettable experiences, now, maybe it's time, isn't it?also because otherwise how can we accomplish the target?
so we are stopping a bit in Cali: third largest city in Colombia, known also for being one of the most dangerous too, but maybe perfect place where to get comfort and facilities and services, in a warm, very humid environment.
considered as capital of salsa in Colombia, and why not in the world and also one of the cheapest places to practice paragliding in a city itself, that honestly doesn't offer much, by the way both of the attractions are being taken in consideration..
so while mending my backpacks (suffering serious injuries), studying a bit, cooking freely we wait to see what future will bring..
a volte viaggiando come nella normale vita quotidiana, c'e' il bisogno di una pausa per pensare, rilassarsi, organizzare e quindi ripartire.
l'idea e' di ripartire sistemandoci con un bel lavoro e stabilirsi un po'.
dopo (piu' o meno) una 50-60 differenti letti di ostelli della gioventu' negli ultimi 7 mesi, alcuni (solo) nuovi posti visitati, culture vissute e indimenticabili esperienze, ora, forse e' ora, o no? anche perche' altrimenti come raggiungere l'obiettivo prestabilitoci?
quindi ci stiam fermando un po' in Cali: terza citta' piu' grande di Colombia, conosciuta anche come una delle piu' pericolose, ma probabilmente il posto perfetto per comodita' e strutture e servizi, in un caldo, molto umido ambiente.
capitale della salsa (non quella fatta in casa, ma il ballo) in Colombia e forse nel mondo e uno dei posti piu' economici per la pratica del parapendio in una citta' che di per se' onestamente non offre granche', per la cronaca entrambe le attrazioni sono prese seriamente in considerazione..
quindi mentre riparo i miei zaini (sofferenti infortuni seri), studio un po', cucino spassionatamente aspettiamo di vedere cosa il futuro ci portera'...
