Mendoza..

very hot, lazy, boring days here in Mendoza..a city raised in the desert at the foot of the Andes on the argentinian side...particularity is that the city has got channels digged to bring water from the mountains and that is something that the "indios" (american indians) did even before the colonizers arrived..in the area as well, around 120 km away, there is the highest mountain in the Americas: the Aconcagua, but I am not motivated and equipped enough to trek it..
the main, or my main, thing though is the important number of wineries surrounding the city, mainly free to visit with free wine tasting and with huge business and potential ahead them..
I usually don't spend so much time in the same place but here I am stuck to get organised a bit or maybe because of the buena ondas in the hostel, where I also met Mirko and Alessandra from Lucca, or maybe just because I am being seriously confused and lazy...
so amongst cool argentines, asados ricos (delicious), good Malbec's, Fernet Branca and coke (argentinian national cocktail), 35-37 degrees humid days, long internet connections I spent a week here..

caldissimi, noiosissimi, pigrissimi giorni qui in Mendoza..una città costruita nel deserto ai piedi delle Ande dal lato argentino..particolarità è che la città ha canali che l'attraversano che portano l'acqua dalle montagne scavate dagli "indios" (indiani di America) e che i colonizzatori si trovarono..nell'area anche, a 120 km la montagna più alta delle Americhe: l'Aconcagua, ma non ho motivazione, nè attrezzatura idonea per scalarla un pò..il principale, o meglio il mio principale, interesse comunque è l'importante numero di cantine che circondano la città, la maggior parte gratis e con degustazione e con business e potenziale davanti..
di solito non spendo molto tempo nello stesso posto ma qui sto "ingrippato" (bloccato) per organizzarmi un pò o forse perchè qui in ostello buena onda serie, ho incontrato anche Mirko e Alessandra di Lucca, o forse perchè sono seriamente confuso e pigro..
quindi tra argentini fantastici, asadi ricos (squisiti), buoni Malbec, Fernet Branca e coca (cocktail nazionale in Argentina), 35-37 gradi di giorni umidi, lunghe connessioni internet ho trascorso qui una settimana..
