left Bogota' after managing the tours we had planned: the overcrowded rock concert, the too much touristic cathedral in the salt mine and also the two most important museums in the city, the "Museo del Oro" (Gold Museum) and Botero's.
no much to mention about a kinda organised free concert hosting as many people as I had never seen before and mainly Central-Souhern American bands that little attracted us, gringo, not even as style!
no much to remember either about the extremely religious minded salt mine with cathedral located a bit north of the city. A lot of engineer work, investments, pilgrims and the Via Crucis, but..no for my taste was too much!!
the journey to Panama was a bit of an adventure itself and after bargaining for the bus ticket (and managed a 30% discount!) we got by night bus to Medellin known as the city where Pablo Escobar used to live and was killed, then boarding a 40 seats plane we reached, after a stop over, Panama city where humidity was waiting for us..here it's where you plan the dream vacation... the visit to San Blas archipelago is in fact a sought after desire of many of the travellers passing through here..
today at 5 o'clock in the morning we go on holiday for the first time.. read it as you like it ..
lasciato Bogota' dopo esser riusciti a gestire i tour che avevamo programmato: il sovraffollato concerto rock, la troppo turistica cattedrale nella mina di sale e anche i due musei piu' importanti in citta', il Museo del Oro e il quello di Botero.
non molto da menzione riguardo il concerto rock gratis abbastanza ben organizzado dove ho visto tante persone come mai in vita mia e dove prevalentemente gruppi Centro-Sud Americani non riuscivano ad attrarci, a noi gringo, neanche nello stile!!
non molto da ricordare neanche riguardo la mina di sale con cattedrale, estremamente religiosa e poco piu' a nord della citta'. molto lavoro di ingenieri, investimenti, pellegrini e Via Crucis, ma.. no di mio piacimento!!
il viaggio a Panama poi un'avventura in se' e dopo aver raggiunto negoziando un 30% di sconto sui biglietti del bus abbiam raggiunto con un autobus notturno la citta' di Medellin conosciuta come la citta' dove Pablo Escobar viveva e venne ucciso, quindi imbarcandoci su un aereo di 40 posti a sedere, e uno scalo, abbiam raggiunto la citta' di Panama.. da qui si puo' organizzare la vacanza da sogno..
la visita all'arcipelago di San Blas e' un desiderio di tutti coloro che passano di qui..
alle 5 di stamane andiamo in vacanza per la prima volta.. leggetelo come volete voi..
