old friends: good times

the perfect location, the perfect company and the time to relax..
I am in Toronto, visiting my friends Gareth and Sean, in downtown Toronto, falling asleep and waking up staring at the CN tower, writing, reading, chatting, drinking and cooking..
the story wants that I meet Gareth again after 4 years and half, and it's great; the story wants that we met in a hostel in central Beijing back then and climbed the Great wall together and visited the Forbidden city together..
the story wants that back then I had already in my head the Americas and I promised to visit him someday in Canada..story is made, and it's great..
those things that make travel more interesting and challenging, avoiding the same sightseeing and the same tours in every city, looking for some good time, great talks and learning and sharing and meditating..friendship is a great thing and we should never underestimate..
so while having some Vietnamese lunch and some Canadien beers, and chats and travels and stories, we attended a very particular stand up comedy show..
taking my time though and seeing clearly the last 100 metres of my run..and when I say maybe is time....it's not marriage time, just yet.....ITA though

la perfetta ubicazione, la perfetta compagnia e opportunita' per rilassarsi.
sono in Toronto, in visita ai miei amici Gareth and Sean, nel centro di Toronto, addormentandomi e svegliandomi con la torre CN che mi guarda, e quindi scrivendo, chiacchierando, leggendo, bevendo e cucinando..
la storia vuole che incontrai Gareth 4 anni e mezzo fa in un ostello nel centro di Pechino, la storia vuole che visitammo la citta' Proibita e la Muraglia Cinese insieme e la storia vuole che allora avevo gia' in testa il viaggio nelle Americhe e mi promisi di andarlo a visititare un giorno in Canada. la storia e' qui ed e' eccezionale..
quelle cose che rendono il viaggio cosi interessante, evitando i soliti giri della citta' e le escursioni, ma alla ricerca di divertimento, chiacchierate e imparare, condividere, meditare..
l'amicizia e' una cosa importante e non dovremmo mai sottostimarla..
quindi tra un pranzo Vietnamita e birre Canadesi, e storie, racconti di viaggi, abbiamo atteso uno spettacolo cabaret molto divertente..
mi sto prendendo il mio tempo e vedendo chiaramente i miei ultimi 100 metri di corsa..e quando dico forse e' tempo...mbe', non e' ancora tempo per il matrimonio....ITA
